Classes are listed in order of intensity
Rusty Hinges
Designed by the National Arthritis Foundation, this class concentrates on improving your range of motion gently and effectively. Workouts aim to decrease pain and stiffness, help maintain and improve joint flexibility, and increase energy. Class takes place in our zero-depth entry, 88-degree recreational pool. An elevator to the pool level is available.
Swimlates
Improve your endurance, flexibility, coordination, strength, and muscle tone. No swimming experience necessary. Just come to the shallow end of our warm recreation pool and be ready to move. All abilities welcome.
Low Tide
Learn the right water exercises to target your specific fitness goals. Trained instructors will teach you safe, effective, water moves just right for your age, skill, and ability. No swimming skills are needed. Come see how great water workouts can be!
Aqua Mix
This 45-minute aquatic workout incorporates cardiovascular and strength training movements using a variety of flotation tools. Safe and fun for all levels and abilities, it's a good way to start your water fitness experience. Class meets in the lap pool.
W.E.T. Water Exercise Training
Swift cardiovascular movements that carry you across the lap pool's deep and shallow ends will make you sweat in the water. Great music keeps you motivated so you get in shape while having fun.
High Tide
Turn up the intensity by taking this deep-water course. Flotation belts will be used, but all moves take place in the deep end and are geared toward those who want to take their workout to a higher level.
W.E.T. & Wild
Higher intensity aerobics that can be modified for a more moderate workout if desired. A well-balanced athletic workout including cardio segments with an emphasis on strengthening and toning. Aquatic equipment is recommended for resistance and buoyancy. Swimming skills are not required, but are helpful.
