The body composition analysis compares lean muscle mass to body fat. A personal trainer will assess your body through measurements over a six-month period. During that time, he or she will analyze what parts of your body are improving in muscle and what steps are necessary to decrease body fat. This one-on-one appointment takes less than 10 minutes but will help you understand what it takes to improve your body's form and performance.
