BREAKFAST WITH SANTA

At YMCA Camp Pepin, we make it our job to provide family time by bringing families together to have fun and grow together. Create unforgettable memories with your family this holiday season and join us for a fun-filled morning including: fellowship, a delicious pancake breakfast, making a keepsake holiday ornament, a sleigh ride provided by Hay Creek Stables, and of course, SANTA! Don't forget your camera!
The cost is $5 per person and $20 maximum per family

HOLD YOUR WEIGHT HOLIDAY CHALLENGE
November 17th-January 4th
The holidays are a time full of festivities and FOOD! The average person gains between 1 and 5 pounds during the holidays. So this holiday season, the Y encourages you to give yourself a gift that you'll appreciate long after the holidays are over. The Challenge begins November 17th and ends January 4th. It encourages smart food choices and regular physical activity during the holidays - to help you hold the line on holiday weight gain. Registration coming soon!
PRE & POST NATAL SPECIALTY GROUP FITNESS CLASS
December 8th- January 12th / Mondays from 10-11am
Looking to maintain fitness levels and/or get back into shape now that your bundle has arrived? In this specialty class, you will exercise multiple muscle groups at a time using your own body weight as well as free weights. Including flexibility/balancing exercises and incorporating core strengthening moves. The class will wrap up with a relaxing stretch at the end of each session leaving you feeling refreshed and ready to conquer the rest of your week! This class is open to everyone in the community, with a discount provided for Y members.
