SILVERSNEAKERS® GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

          SilverSneakers® - Muscle Strength & Range of Movement

Have fun and move to the music with a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. You'll learn how to use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball for resistance. A chair is available, if needed, for support.

        SilverSneakers® -  Cardio Circuit

This standing circuit workout will increase your cardiovascular and muscle power. We'll vary the workout with different equipment, including hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and an exercise ball, alternating strength training with non-impact aerobic moves.

      Tuesday & Thursday   8:00 to 8:50 a.m.

If you are 65 years old or older and enrolled in AARP, Humana, Blue Cross/Blue Shield Anthem or Platinum Blue, or Medica Insurance Program, you may qualify for a YMCA membership at no cost to you. If you have not been contacted by your insurance company, you may call the 800 number on the back of your insurance card to inquire. Or, ask Sherri Guse at the Y for more information.
