CAMPS > Sports Camps
Y summer sports camp is an easy-going way to introduce your child to a new sport or tune up those developing skills. Instructors teach the basics of each sport and fundamental rules of the game, as well as sportsmanship, listening skills, and respect for others. All children from the community are invited to participate.
Dates for 2012
- Baseball Camp - June 11-14
Baseball Camp is open to boys and girls who have completed kindergarten, first and 2nd grade. It will be held at Twin Bluff Middle School on the fields by First Covenant Church from 9:00-11:00 a.m.
- Basketball Camp - July 23-26
Basketball Camp is open to boys and girls who have completed kindergarten, 1st or 2nd grade. It will be held at the Y from 9:00-11:00 a.m.
- Flag Football Camp - August 6-9
Flag Football Camp is open to boys and girls who have completed 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th grade. It will be held at Twin Bluff Middle School from 8:30-10:30 a.m.
- Soccer - August 27-30
Soccer Camp is open to boys and girls who have completed kindergarten, first, or second grade. It will be held at Twin Bluff Middle School on the fields by First Covenant Church from 9:00-11:00 a.m.
Cost per camp
$40 per child; $30 for Y members
