Endure cardio bursts, strength & conditioning exercises that are sure to take your workout game to a whole new level. WaveFit is for all fitness levels and takes place in our heated lap pool! Your instructor will take the class through a series of warm-up exercises, then on to more challenging exercises including cardio bursts as well as strength & conditioning drills, ending with a cool-down.
