A body composition analysis compares lean muscle mass to body fat. A Personal Trainer will assess your body through measurements over a six-month period. During that time, he or she will analyze what parts of your body are improving in muscle and what steps are necessary to decrease body fat. This one-on-one appointment takes less than 10 minutes but will help you understand what it takes to improve your body's form and performance.
This program is a perfect introductory workout plan for someone new to working out, or for someone who has been out of the workout game for a while. This program will introduce you to machines in the Wellness Center over a six-week period, while meeting three times with a Personal Trainer.
This consultation will focus on your individual nutrition needs, appropriate meal planning and behavior modification for successful, long-term weight management.
