Here at the Y, we offer a wide range of sports & fitness opportunities for youth of all ages! From t-ball to gymnastics, there really isn't anything we don't offer! Check out what we have this year below!
This program can be completed at any time. Anytime is a great time to get your child introduced to our wellness center. Youth Wellness Center Orientation sessions are perfect for youth entering 6th grade or are between the ages of 12 and 15. Once children complete the course, they will receive a wrist band to enter the Wellness Center.

Karate at the YMCA focuses on both physical techniques and personal growth. Using both drills and games, we learn punches, kicks, breakfalls and throws, self-defense techniques, kata, and sparring. Physical benefits include increased flexibility, coordination, balance, and general fitness. We also work on focus, self-control, manners, confidence, and respect.
Sessions are continuous throughout the year and build upon each other. Students may join at anytime as classes are limited to 12 students so individual attention is possible. Sensei Sarah has been studying Karate since 2003, and teaching since 2011. She is a 2nd degree black belt in Shorin-Ryu Karate.
