YMCA Camp Pepin is now accepting Staff applications for Summer 2021! Please make sure you have all of the necessary paperwork completed before you submit your application. If you have any questions about the application materials or any available staff positions, please contact Camp Pepin. We look forward to hearing from you soon!


How to apply:

  • Get to know us - review our website to familiarize yourself with Camp Pepin
    Find out what you'd like to do at camp- review the available Staff Positions to help you determine which jobs you would be interested in and would qualify for.
  • Submit three (3) references: Download three (3) copies of the Reference Form and give each of them (along with a stamped envelope addressed to Camp Pepin) to three people - excluding family members - that can speak about your character, like former employers, teachers, and pastors all make good references.
  • New and Returning Staff need to complete the Staff Application at the link below.

When your completed Application and three References have been submitted, your application packet is considered complete, and we will contact you to set up a virtual interview. You will be notified shortly thereafter of your status so that you may begin planning for the summer. Staff that are hired seasonally will be emailed an Employment Agreement and will need to complete and submit the hiring forms that are appropriate to their position in the Employment Packet.
